COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maurey Instrument RLH-1915 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatic-Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Memory product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan such as the FIS00030003G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMC9314M224 manufactured by Micromatic-Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatic-Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM8830 by Manufacturer Micro-Memory as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N950094 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metal-Work-Pneumatic such as W143040275 equipment made by Metal-Work-Pneumatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metal-Work-Pneumatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metal-Work-Pneumatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DRT24024 made by Mean-Well as well as the popular TS422FSMRSISC original spares produced by Maxant-Mxr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70568 by Metropolitan-Lighting and W143040275 spares by Metal-Work-Pneumatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UT30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Max-Air. |
